Ms. Granger has over twenty years experience in an array of leadership roles in the Social Sciences field. Her credentials include serving as a Project Director to a community college, and Consultant Trainer for the state of California, and several related public agencies. As a Program Manager to several health facilities, she monitored program compliance and investigated problem areas. She also has served as an Instructor and Trainer at the college level, directing a variety of skill enhancement and self-improvement programs. She specializes in mentoring and group facilitation using leadership and interviewing skills; fostering positive communications among participants, reaching consensus through negotiated cooperation, and managing dysfunctional activities using skills in problem solving, anger management, mediation and evaluation techniques. Ms. Granger has an extensive history of civic involvement including advisory roles to several public groups and educational forums. She is a certified Mediator, Six Sigma Green Belt, Facilitator and Team Leader.
